About This Course

Do you wonder how to lead as a pastor? Do you feel lost when your members look to you for vision, leadership, and strategy?   The aim of this course is to provide you with the self-leadership skills and habits to flourish in a pastoral ministry.

In this course, we shall tackle the ultimate question of pastoral identity. Consider what it means for a pastor to be a leader, manager and entrepreneur. Acquire skills and develop habits to manage your personal life and ministry. Learn organisational design and planning, and pastoral strategy, to enhance your organisational leadership skills.

Rev Dr David Wong

Rev Dr David Wong is General-Secretary of the Bible-Presbyterian Church in Singapore, after being in pastoral ministry for over 40 years. Previously he served as Senior Pastor in two big  churches. He was also at Haggai Institute, Hawaii, where he oversaw leadership training for Christian leaders from over 100 nations.





 Ms Dawn Yip

Ms Yip is a civil servant, having previously been an independent consultant in foresight, public engagement and organisational development. She has been visit faculty with the Singapore Management University, and previously held positions in several government ministries as part of the Administrative Service. She is also a Harvard University alumna and a Singapore President Scholar.
