职场事工在华人教会尚属起步阶段，许多人仍然对之感到陌生的领域。此课程探讨华人教会在职场服侍面对的挑战，纠正过去偏差属灵观带来的影响。从圣经中梳理有关工作与职场的教导，以圣经基础建构职场服侍的观念。同时探讨当代职场神学家的思想，了解各种职场神学的论述发展。最重要的，是期望能够帮助教会找到职场信徒需要的实际牧养以及宣教策略，回应洛桑福音宣教大会，推动信徒透过职场平台实践大使命。

邱君尔传道曾经在香港从事职场事工，每日到不同的企业，包括珠宝行、医院、保险 公司总部、法庭、地铁公司总行等地方带领职场查经，同时也在中国各城各乡从事宣 教事工培训。邱君尔传道毕业于马来西亚神学院道学学士，目前是马来西亚中文延伸 课程副主任。他正在进修神学硕士。主要研究范围是公共神学、职场神学、灵修神学 以及宣教神学。他也是大马福音联谊会中文部委员以及西马华福会副总干事，推动众 教会的合一与宣教工作。
Ps Yew Kuan Yee serves as Chinese Theological Extended Education Assistant Director in STM. He is studying Master of Theology. His main areas of research are in Public Theology, Marketplace Theology, Spirituality and Missiology. Ps Yew Kuan Yee has been involved in marketplace ministry in Hong Kong. He led bible study groups in a jewelry company, a hospital, the High Court, an insurance company and the MTR. He also served in Mainland China as a missionary.
STM has a vision to equip God's people for ministry and mission. Our mission is to facilitate full time workers and lay people to grow in Christian maturity and train them for ministry and service in and through the Church.
