Cross
The cross represents the Christian identity of the platform. It signifies both the central symbol of the faith and is also a surrogate for "T" – indicating that TFL is a digital platform engaged in Christian theology. Additionally, it symbolises a dynamic confluence of sorts – a crossroad – between Word and world, Church and marketplace, theory and praxis. TFL is a means to enhance the learning journey of a Christian: enabling learning anywhere and anytime, where ministry skills could be developed, and contemporary issues engaged.
Three Curves
The three curved lines represent the 3 dimensions of "Theology for LIFE," where theology encompasses life-long learning, is lived out, and life-giving. That these lines curve in parallel indicates that the enterprise of learning theology is integral, involving our head, heart, and hands. This is reaffirmed in our tag line: Learn. Grow. Equip.
